Merge, reorder or extract PDF pages?
Find the right PDF tool: combine multiple files, reorder one document or keep selected pages.
Use Merge PDF to combine several PDF files. If everything is already in one file, use Reorder PDF pages to change the order. Extract PDF pages creates a new file containing selected pages only. Convert photos with Images to PDF first. All four tools process your files locally in the browser.

Example: arrange a job application
- Select the cover letter, CV and attachments together in Merge PDF.
- Order the files using the arrows and download the combined PDF.
- To move an individual page, open that output in Reorder PDF pages.
- Move the page using its preview or original page number. Create and open the finished PDF to check it.
You select the downloaded file again when switching tools. Files are not passed automatically between tools or stored on a server.
File limits and important limitations
Merge supports 2–50 PDFs, at most 50 MB each and 150 MB total. Reorder accepts one PDF up to 50 MB and 200 pages. Extract accepts one PDF up to 50 MB; specified pages must exist. The original file stays unchanged on your device.
Password-protected and damaged PDFs are rejected. Editing invalidates digital signatures. Copying pages can lose interactive forms, bookmarks or document-wide references; check these documents after export. These tools do not perform OCR or secure redaction.
