How does this tool work: Fill PDF forms?
Free, no sign-up, right in your browser. Open a PDF. Detected fields appear in a list on the right. Enter values, optionally “lock fields”, and save. Fill forms without fields using “Text”, “Check” and “Date”.
What if the form has no fillable fields?
Then boxes and lines are only printed. Choose “Text” and click on the line to type, add marks with “Check” or “Cross” and insert “Date” and “Signature”. New text stays real text in the PDF.
What inputs, outputs and limits apply?
Input: One PDF with or without form fields. Output: Filled PDF – fields stay editable or are locked. Limits: Up to 100 MB per PDF and 500 pages in total. Password-protected PDFs are rejected; permission-protected PDFs are kept as images. Text editing works on real text layers, not on scans (no OCR). Changes invalidate digital signatures of the original file.

Good to know
These tools do not send your inputs to a server. Your web host processes technical connection data when you visit the site.
Password-protected or damaged PDFs are rejected. Editing invalidates PDF signatures.
