A timestamp identifies an instant. UTC and your local timezone display that same instant with different clock times. An ISO offset such as +03:00 is accounted for during conversion.
Input: Integer Unix value or ISO date with Z or a timezone offset. Output: UTC, local time, Unix seconds and milliseconds. Limits: Choose milliseconds or seconds explicitly. ISO input requires a timezone, e.g. 2026-01-01T12:00:00+03:00. No leap seconds; seconds are rounded down when milliseconds remain. Local display uses your device timezone.

Unix second 0 equals 1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z.
