The 24 available tools and tool overviews require no payment, account or subscription. Technical limits such as maximum file sizes are listed on each page. The website contains Google advertising.

No. Open the relevant tool page in a current browser. Tools require JavaScript; PDF and video processing load additional program assets. No separate app is required.

The implemented file tools process selected files locally in your browser. File contents are not sent to a server for that processing. Visiting the website still involves network connections to the web host and possibly embedded advertising services.

Tools read the selected file and create new output. They do not directly overwrite the existing file on your device. You choose the file name and location when saving; keep originals for important documents.

The layout adapts to small screens. Large PDFs and videos can require more memory than your device provides. If processing fails, try a smaller file or a computer. A file-size limit is not a guarantee for every device.

Internet is needed to load the website and required libraries. File processing itself runs locally. A reliable offline mode is not implemented; PDF and video libraries may load only when used.

Processing uses your device’s memory and computing power, so limits vary by tool. Many file tools allow at most 50 MB per file; additional total-size, pixel or page limits are listed on the tool page.

This depends on your browser’s download settings. Check the download list or selected save location. Some tools start a download directly; others show a download button. Keep the tool page open until the result is saved.

Read the displayed error and supported inputs first. Try a small, valid file in a supported format. Check that JavaScript is enabled and reload if necessary; this loses unsaved changes. Encrypted PDFs and unsupported codecs cannot be processed.

ToolMint includes Google AdSense. Advertising is separate from the actual tools; you do not need to click an ad to use a tool or download a file. Tools remain available without a subscription.

ToolMint has separate German, English and Turkish pages. An entry language is selected automatically. Direct language-page links stay in that language, so you can share a specific tool address.

No. Check output using the stated method and limitations. PDFs can lose forms or signatures, conversions can remove metadata and calculators may provide estimates only. Open important files after export and compare them with the original.
